  • How do I register my child for a program?

    Registration is completed online through our website. Simply select the desired program, complete the required information, and submit payment to secure your spot.

  • Does my child need experience?

    No, we welcome players of all levels of experience and they will learn the game from experienced coaches and staff.

  • How often do you practice?

    Typically, practice is twice a week for the older age groups and once a week for the younger age groups. This can vary by coach, however. 

  • What is included in the registration fee?

    Registration fees cover league administration, scheduling, officials (if applicable), player jerseys/hats, facility usage, and some equipment provisions.

  • What is your refund or cancellation policy?

    Before the draft: Youth Softball League registration fees are refundable.  


    Existing credits from allowable refunds may be kept on your CdaleSoftball.com account for future seasons, or you may ask for the credit to be refunded by reaching out to  us via email or the contact us form.


    Registration fees paid by cash or check will receive a 100% refund. Registration fees paid by credit card will receive a full refund minus processing fees of approximately 3%. 


    After the draft: Registration fees are non-refundable regardless of the circumstances at any time. 

  • How can I contact the organization with questions?

    You can contact us through the email address or the contact form listed on our website. Our team will respond as quickly as possible during regular business hours.

  • What equipment is required?

    Please view our Divisions page (League Info>Divisions) to see what equipment is supplied by the League and what is supplied by the Player. Coaches may share this info prior to the first practice also.

  • Are volunteers or coaches needed?

    Our programs rely on volunteer coaches and helpers. If you’re interested in volunteering, you can indicate your interest during registration or contact us directly.

  • How will I receive updates and announcements?

    All updates are sent via email and posted on the website. Please ensure your contact information is accurate AND that you are accepting our emails and texts so you don’t miss important communications. You can verify your communication modes in your account information.

  • Are games played on holidays?

    Holiday schedules vary by program. Any planned games or breaks will be communicated in advance.

  • How are coaches trained or screened?

    Coaches are required to complete background checks and training based on organization policies and sport requirements.

  • What is the organization's code of conduct?

    All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to follow our code of conduct to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone. You can find our code of conduct in the downloads section. (League Info>Programs>Rules & Downloads)
